You can return any item within 5-7 business days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.    
 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.    
 

NON-RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS    
 

• Accessory items include purses, wallets, scarves, belts, shoes, and bags.  
• Products that are manufactured to order and customized.  
• Purchases made with store credit  
• unstitched garments, such as sarees with unstitched blouses and dupattas  
• Modified goods in accordance with your specifications or dimensions Goods acquired during any Dualwears sale or campaign  
• Items that, when purchased, were clearly indicated as non-refundable or non-exchangeable.  
• For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
